Go for the Red, White and Blue — the new program encouraging young people to lead healthy, active lifestyles and reach the President’s goal of “a healthier United States.” This program is brought to you by Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

How?

The Live It! Go for the Red, White and Blue program features four student activities:

Step With It — for physical activity
Fit It In — for healthy eating
Track It — for an easy way to track your activity and eating
Rewards and Recognition — easy and fun awards and recognition for meeting goals
How It All Comes Together

By being active and eating healthy students improve both mind and body — becoming more alert and more energetic. Step With it, Fit It In and Track It are popular ways to get this done. The Live It! Go for the Red, White and Blue program gets you easily started with physical activity and healthy eating and then helps you stay on track.
